Al Hussein Perfumes App – Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Al Hussein Perfumes Inc. ("AHP", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information in the Al Hussein Perfumes mobile app (the "App"). The App is a wholesale ordering tool for approved business customers. Our website is covered by a separate privacy policy at alhusseinperfumes.com/policies/privacy-policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you apply for or use an account, we collect:

Business details: company name, business address, employer identification number (EIN), and resale certificate information and documents
Contact details: name, email address and phone number of each authorized buyer
Shipping and billing addresses
Order information: products, quantities, order history, invoices and order status
Account information: login email, notification preferences, and sign-in credentials (passwords are never stored in readable form)
Device information: push notification tokens and device type, used to send order updates

We do not collect payment card numbers or bank account details in the App. Payment is made outside the App by ACH, wire transfer or Zelle, using the instructions on your AHP invoice.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To review and verify wholesale account applications
To show wholesale pricing and product availability
To receive, review, fulfill and track your orders
To provide invoices and account support
To send order and account notifications
To keep the App secure and prevent fraud
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not use App information for targeted advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

Service providers that run our business systems, including our accounting, customer management and inventory systems, App hosting, and push notification services provided by Apple and Google
Shipping carriers, to deliver your orders
Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others

These providers may use information only to provide their services to us.

If you contact your sales representative on WhatsApp from the App, those messages are handled by our business messaging and customer management systems, and WhatsApp's own terms also apply.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep account information while your account is active. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.

5. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your account in the App at Account > Settings > Delete Account, or by following the steps at alhusseinperfumes.com/pages/delete-account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Order, invoice and payment records are kept as described in Section 4.

6. SECURITY

Information is sent over encrypted connections, and access to your account data is limited to AHP staff and service providers who need it. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can update your profile in the App and turn notifications on or off in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.

8. BUSINESS USE ONLY

The App is intended for businesses and their authorized adult representatives. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders in the App or by email.
